The Tina Biddle Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of our beloved leader, the first female director of Ski Patrol at Snowbird, whose extraordinary leadership, expertise, and relentless work ethic shaped our community in lasting ways. Tina was a true trailblazer who broke barriers for women in the ski industry, fiercely advocating for female and female-identifying patrollers and championing their skills, education, and advancement. She dedicated herself to creating opportunities, elevating voices, and opening doors, inspiring others through her courage, competence, and compassion. This scholarship continues her mission to blaze the trail for future generations of women in the outdoor industry, allowing her legacy to live on in the mountains.
